Bob Diercksmeier
Bob Diercksmeier is a graduate of The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. He started his career at a small graphic design firm in Connecticut where he advanced to the position of Art Director, overseeing a staff of 3 designers. In 1992 he made the move back to his home state of Arizona (yes, he’s a native!), where he founded RJD Graphic Design. He later worked both as a freelance and full-time designer for the nationally recognized design firm Richardson or Richardson in Phoenix, a full-service design firm with a specialty in golf course design and graphics.
After leaving Richardson or Richardson in 1994, he continued his design work with RJD Graphic Design, while simultaneously embarking on a freelance illustration career, soon receiving local and national recognition for his distinctively-styled illustrations. In 1995, Bob also made his first forays into a new (at the time) medium — web design — designing sites for a variety of local and national clients.
In 1998 Bob returned to the design world full time, and soon after was approached by Young Associates, a top Phoenix design firm, to join them as part of their team. Bob spent the next 3 years as a Senior Art Director and Director of Web Development at that firm, producing award-winning print work and web sites for many local and national corporate clients.
In 2001, Bob established RJD Creative, a creative services firm specializing in marketing and design solutions for both print and the web. In the years that followed, RJD Creative’s offerings expanded to include marketing-related deliverables such as research, brand strategy and creative strategy. RJD Creative’s approach has since evolved into a focused offering of research- and strategy-based brand identity system design centered on bottom-line results for our clients’ marketing challenges.
Bob is a Principal of RJD Creative and serves as Creative Director, overseeing and managing all research, strategic and creative efforts. When not in the office Bob can most likely be found spending time with his family, or on a golf course somewhere on his seemingly never-ending quest to get his handicap down into single digits.

Amanda Diercksmeier
Amanda Diercksmeier is an alumnus of The University of Arizona’s Graphic Design program, and upon graduating with honors in 1996 she was hired to develop and manage the graphic design department at Logan Simpson Design (LSD), a public-oriented landscape architecture and environmental planning firm in Tempe, Arizona. Amanda built and expanded the graphic design team to support the needs of the firm as it grew in size from a staff of 12 when she joined LSD, to a staff of over 50.
In 2000 she left LSD to join the design team at Catapult Strategic Design in Phoenix, Arizona. After a year she sought to work more from the marketing/account side of the creative industry and joined the staff of Young Associates as an Account Executive. After a year at YA she rejoined the team at Logan Simpson and rejoined the team at Logan Simpson Design to develop and manage the marketing department from 2002 through 2005.
Amanda then joined the team at RJD Creative where she currently serves as a Principal. Amanda provides company vision and creative direction, as well as overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the business. She makes a mean grilled sandwich and hopes to one day compete on Food Network's Iron Chef.
