RJD Creative operates under a virtual business model — we do not hire employees but rather work with a network of qualified, senior-level talent in a variety of disciplines. As a result we are always looking for qualified individual specialists and businesses with 10+ years minimum professional experience to contract or partner with on projects.

- Print Designers
- Talented art directors and designers experienced in creating and effectively and accurately applying brand identity standards and assets to print media. Required skills include creative concepting, design, layout and electronic production. Software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional) and Quark Xpress required. Web design proficiency and experience preferred (see below).
- Web Designers
- Web designers skilled and experienced in effectively and accurately applying brand identity standards and assets to online media. Required skills include web interface design, layout, graphic production and creation of final layered Photoshop comps for web site interfaces, promotional emails and web landing pages. Software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional) required, Adobe Fireworks a plus. Understanding of programming/coding/development considerations preferred. Programming/coding/development proficiency and experience (HTML, CSS, PHP, Flash) a plus (see below).
- Web Developers
- Web programmers and developers with skill and experience in teaming with art directors and designers to effectively and accurately apply brand identity standards to online media. Coding proficiency in the following languages and environments: HTML, CSS, PHP, Flash, ASP, Cold Fusion (not all required from single developer). Proficiency in form setup and functionality required. Database setup and development preferred. Understanding of the web design and production (pre-development) process and application of brand identity standards strongly preferred.
- Marketing Companies and Independent Professionals
- RJD Creative partners with marketing companies, firms and senior professional individuals when appropriate. We look for partners on client projects for research and strategy needs, and we are available to partner on your client projects (research, strategy, execution and maintenance) when needed.
- Public Relations Firms and Independent Professionals
- RJD Creative also partners with public relations companies, firms and senior professional individuals. We look for partners on client projects for PR needs, and we are available to partner on your client projects (research, strategy, execution and maintenance) if needed.
