Process: Rsearch, Strategy, Research, Maintenance

RJD Creative is a branding, marketing and design firm that produces strategic and creative solutions for print, broadcast and the web. We effectively collaborate with our clients to achieve their marketing communications goals.

We utilize the following 4-step process in a client branding initiative:

1. Research
We stress the importance of obtaining relevant, up-to-date information about the client’s audiences — including Company, Competition and Customer groups — upon which strategic branding and creative decisions are based. We work with either the client’s existing recent information, or gather new information through surveys, interviews and additional research initiatives.
2. Strategy
With information about our clients’ audience groups in hand, RJD Creative analyzes the research and the existing brand. After this analysis, we create a brand strategy that includes a recommendation for a simple, differentiated brand and supporting brand attributes. We combine this with a strategy for creative assets that support and reinforce the recommended brand
3. Execution
With the brand and attributes established, creative development can begin. This involves the creation of the brand identity system including:
  • Visual brand identity elements such as the corporate colors, typeface, graphics and photography

  • Verbal brand identity elements such as the corporate tagline, marketing messages and marketing copy

4. Maintenance
After the initial creative assets are implemented, the branding program is maintained through the consistent application of established brand identity elements to additional creative assets. Customer response is monitored to see if any adjustments are needed to the system.
